SwiftSignet retains information only as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, security, auditability and legal obligations.
Documents and audit records
Documents and audit events may be retained while an account is active and afterward as reasonably necessary to complete workflows, support disputes, prevent abuse, maintain transaction evidence and meet legal obligations.
Account deletion
Account owners may request deletion through available controls or by contacting support. Deletion may be delayed or limited where records are subject to legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention or dispute requirements.
Backups
Deleted information may remain in protected backups for a limited lifecycle before being overwritten according to operational procedures.
Legal holds
If information is relevant to a legal claim, investigation or regulatory obligation, SwiftSignet may preserve it until the hold is released.
