How SwiftSignet subscriptions and Pay Per Sign purchases are canceled and reviewed for refunds.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a recurring subscription through available account controls or by contacting support. Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for a period already billed, except where required by law or approved by SwiftSignet.
Pay Per Sign
Pay Per Sign purchases provide document-send credits. A credit already used for a send is generally non-refundable except for duplicate/incorrect charges, required legal remedies, or an approved exception.
Billing errors
Report suspected duplicate or incorrect charges promptly to hello@swiftsignet.com.
Trials and courtesy allowances
Trials, courtesy allowances and promotional credits may expire according to the terms shown when granted and do not necessarily have cash value.
