Services and order form
A business agreement should identify services, plan, fees, billing terms, support level and any service-specific commitments in an order form or statement of work.
Customer data
The customer retains rights in customer content. SwiftSignet processes customer content to provide the services and according to the applicable agreement, DPA and documented instructions.
Security
Enterprise security commitments should be stated in a signed security addendum or order form. Current public practices are available at /security.
DPA and BAA
Where required, the parties may execute a Data Processing Addendum and, for applicable healthcare use, a Business Associate Agreement.
